OCTA+ is a Belgian energy provider. They supply electricity, natural gas, heating oil, and gasoline.

The Challenge

Octa+’s request revolved around a complete overhaul of their customer interface, encompassing a new graphic positioning and the display of all information pertaining to their products and points of contact.
The Goal

Through the utilization of a simulator, in addition to the presented general information, the website was also intended to generate new leads while providing clients with a precise offer upon subscribing to a contract.
The Process
We developed an evolutionary website based on Symfony, featuring the following functionalities:
- A website available in two languages
- An online contract simulator, based on a form allowing for lead profiling
- Multiple points of contact based on visitor geolocation
- FAQ section
- Implementation of a Chatbot
- An interactive map
- An API connection enabling real-time management of the tariffs applied on the website
- A fully customized blog to disseminate news related to Octa+’s various products
Conclusion

Following the initial developments, the website enabled Octa+ to directly accumulate new orders and contracts, based on leads automatically qualified by the site. Clients also have access to all practical information concerning the ordered products, as well as direct lines of communication.
